What You Need to Know

1. Eligibility

To use the cvd33 platform and access any of its services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria. cvd33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to restrict or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporate entity or third party when creating a personal player account.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of cvd33 or any of its affiliate companies.

cvd33 employs automated and manual age verification checks. Where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals and suspend the account pending resolution.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on cvd33. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed, with any associated balances forfeited. To open an account, you must complete our registration form honestly and accurately. cvd33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practice.

• You are required to submit valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., National ID card, passport) and proof of address upon request or when triggering KYC thresholds.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

cvd33 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We accept payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our payments team.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during high-traffic periods or where additional verification is required.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

cvd33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. Players are advised to read all bonus terms carefully before opting in to any promotion.

• Bonuses are awarded to a single verified account only. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will result in all associated accounts being closed and bonuses forfeited.
• Welcome bonuses apply to a player's first qualifying deposit only and cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

5. Gameplay Rules

Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cvd33 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account funds. cvd33 may also report such conduct to the relevant authorities where required by law.

• Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one player account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human gameplay.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud, to make deposits or place bets on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market available on the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or payment infrastructure.

cvd33 monitors all account activity using advanced fraud detection systems. Any account found to be in breach of these prohibited conduct provisions will be closed without warning and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where applicable.

7. Responsible Gaming

cvd33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cvd33 platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of cvd33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of cvd33.

10. Amendments to These Terms

cvd33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. We aim to resolve all player complaints fairly and promptly within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the preferred method of resolution.
